Raw Materials

At Cycle-Tex we have excellent long-standing relationships with a wide variety of suppliers, so while our basic raw materials types are few, the forms we receive them in vary greatly.

Baled PP Material
Baled PP Material

From film, to sheets, to yarn, to woven materials, non-woven materials, melt-blown, spun-bond, filament, strapping, needle-punch, re-grind, tape, cording spin, purge, drool, even pellets, we take it all. And we take it on rolls, on cones, in bales, in "diapers", and in boxes, in any quantity.

Homo-polymer material that is not contaminated with other polymers or with foreign objects such as wood, metal, or paper is material we can gladly use.

Polypropylene (or PP) - This versatile thermoplastic is the primary material we re-process. It is used in all kinds of applications, such as carpet, clothing, construction and agricultural textiles, even automotive parts. Due to its uncommon diversity, polypropylene will be used more and more in these and other applications in the years to come.

Polyethylene (or PE) - There are several types of commonly used polyethylenes. We process a large amount of Linear Low Density Polyethylene (or LLDPE) which is used in stretch wrap. Other PEs are Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE), such as thick sheet plastic, and High Density Polyethylene (HDPE), such as the material in milk jugs and crates.
